Improving global e-commerce profitability and
predicting new markets.

Blunt Umbrellas had built a reputation on quality, but their digital presence wasn't converting at the level their product deserved. They needed to improve website profitability and build advertising systems that could be replicated market by market, while identifying new cities to expand into.
We partnered with Blunt to develop a new visual language and a performance engine designed to grow with them globally.

We mapped how customers moved through the Blunt website and identified where they dropped off. Tracking showed us exactly which pages, messages, and elements moved customers to purchase, so we redesigned around what was actually working.
At the same time, we overhauled the creative, replacing polished studio shots with street-style photography that felt real, wearable, and instantly relatable. The combination of sharper page messaging and more authentic visuals gave customers the confidence to buy.
Blunt's audience spans city commuters, frequent travellers, and gift buyers, each with different reasons to buy. We shot specifically to capture the scenarios each group cared about most, then built tailored ad journeys around that creative.
Every buyer landed on messaging and imagery that spoke directly to their world

We built automated campaigns triggered by real-time weather conditions, activating Blunt's ads during periods of rain and wind when purchase intent was highest.
This meant every dollar was spent at the exact moment customers were most likely to buy, improving both conversion rate and advertising efficiency.
